Something to think about...
A student noticed the branches of a tree swaying in the wind. Suddenly a question appears in his head. He points and asks his master,"Master, are the branches moving on their own or are they being moved by the wind?"
Without turning to look at what his student was pointing at, the master replies,
"It is neither the wind or the branches that are moving. It is your mind and heart..."
